Ordering & delivery
We are at your service every day, accepting orders via phone, WhatsApp, or email, making the process effortless, personalized, and seamless. To guarantee delivery for the following week, orders must be placed by Sunday at 9:00 PM. Depending on your location, deliveries are made on Thursday or Friday, ensuring our caviar remains fresh and of the highest quality.
Within the Benelux, our trusted logistics partners handle deliveries under strict food safety standards (FSSC 22000). Due to the delicate nature of our products, each order is carefully packed and delivered personally with a signature, never as a standard parcel.
